StrideUp is pleased to announce that its shariah-compliant Home Purchase Plan is now available through New Leaf Distribution, one of the UK’s most established mortgage and protection networks.

As part of this arrangement, New Leaf’s 300+ brokers can now advise their clients on StrideUp’s shariah-compliant Home Purchase Plan directly. New Leaf is one of the few UK broker networks whose members hold Home Purchase Plan (HPP) permissions, the specialist qualification needed to advise on Shariah-compliant home finance, making it well-positioned to bring this option to a wider client base.

Founded over 25 years ago, New Leaf is a family-run business with a strong reputation for supporting its adviser network, including helping brokers develop into Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs). The network has been recognised with Mortgage Strategy’s Best Network award in 2023, 2025 and 2026.

Alongside broadening access to Home Purchase Plans, StrideUp and New Leaf will collaborate on a programme of educational content for the adviser network, including webinars, podcasts and industry insights exploring shariah-compliant home finance. The initiative reflects both organisations’ commitment to continuous learning and helping advisers stay informed on a growing area of the market.

Through this partnership, New Leaf brokers can advise on StrideUp’s shariah-compliant home finance as part of their regulated advice, with StrideUp providing specialist product and case support throughout the customer’s journey.

Rizwan Ali, Director of Sales & Marketing at StrideUp, said:

“We’re delighted to be working with New Leaf Distribution. Education has always been central to our approach and by working closely with their adviser network, we can help more brokers understand shariah-compliant home finance and support the growing number of UK customers seeking values-aligned home finance. Together, we’re making it easier for customers to access specialist support through advisers they already know and trust.”

The arrangement is part of StrideUp’s continued expansion of intermediary access to Shariah-compliant home finance across the UK.
