StrideUp strengthens leadership team following continued growth and market momentum

StrideUp has announced the promotion of Rizwan Ali to Director of Sales & Marketing and Adeel Ali to Senior Sales Manager, recognising their contribution to building the company’s sales function and supporting its continued growth.

StrideUp, the UK’s award-winning halal home finance provider, has announced a series of senior promotions as the business continues its strong year-on-year growth, expanding its product offering and building on recent market recognition.

As part of the changes, Rizwan Ali has been appointed Director of Sales & Marketing, reflecting his significant contribution to StrideUp’s commercial growth and market reach.

Since joining the business, Rizwan has played a key role in building the sales function, scaling sales performance, strengthening intermediary relationships, improving customer reach and helping position StrideUp as a recognised choice in the halal finance space.

Joining him in the expanded leadership structure is Adeel Ali, being promoted from HPP Direct Sales Manager to Senior Sales Manager. Adeel has been instrumental in driving frontline sales performance, supporting customers through their homeownership journeys and helping build a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

With decades of combined experience in Islamic finance, they have helped establish StrideUp, including the development of direct and intermediary channels, while supporting the growth of a strong customer-focused sales culture.

Their work has contributed to the business achieving continued momentum, increasing industry recognition and building the foundations for future product expansion, including the development of Buy-to-Let and other offerings in the years ahead.
