Property requirements
- Only eligible freehold properties qualify for Rapid Refinance, this simplifies legal review and valuation. Freehold property eligibility is confirmed at the time of valuation.
- Minimum property value and condition requirements remain consistent with the standard refinance.
- The property must be your main home and located in England.
- Leasehold or complex property types are best suited to our regular refinance route.
- Rapid refinance is unavailable for buy-to-let properties.
